Dr. Ladley began her educational journey by attending Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

From there, she moved on to the Marquette School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, where she earned a Doctor of Dental Surgery.

As a practicing dentist, she maintains membership in multiple professional organizations, including the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry.
